The Jena Sport Management Conference combines interesting presentations with expert discussions and offers the opportunity to make a variety of contacts.


Interesting lectures:

Short presentations of selected experts on the relevant subjects lead in the topic of the conference, bring up related problems and show potential solutions. In several sessions important aspects, current developments and the implementation of the relevant subject will be introduced in practice. Each session is led by experienced facilitators. The presentations are kept short, so that the participants always have the possibility to ask questions to the speakers.


Discussions with experts from science and practice:

Following their presentations, the experts answer questions from conference participants in order to create lively discussions on the various topics. Everyone has the opportunity to contribute their own thoughts. During the breaks, there is also the possibility to talk to the speakers in person.

In the panel discussion experts from practice answer the critical questions of the host. Current and controversial issues in the field of sport management are discussed and critically examined from different angles. The focus of this program point is an examination of the many aspects of a subject, to raise questions, to provoke thought and to get a starting point for concrete actions from the expert's point of view.
